Terms of Service

Terms, conditions, and policies governing the use of Tower Electric LLC's website and services.

Effective Date: May 25, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Tower Electric LLC (“Tower Electric,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing this website or scheduling services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Tower Electric provides licensed electrical contracting services including:

  • Electrical repairs and troubleshooting
  • Electrical panel upgrades and replacements
  • Generator installation
  • Residential electrical services
  • Commercial electrical services
  • New construction wiring
  • EV charger installation
  • Related consultations, quotes, and inspections

All services are performed by or under the supervision of a licensed Arkansas electrician and are subject to provider discretion, scheduling availability, applicable codes, and local permitting and inspection requirements.

2. No Emergency Services

Our services are not emergency response services.

If you are experiencing any of the following, call 911 immediately and contact your local utility:

  • Active electrical fire or smoke
  • Sparking outlets or appliances
  • Downed or arcing power lines
  • Someone has been shocked or injured
  • Water contact with electrical equipment

For non-emergency electrical issues, call us during business hours and we will respond as quickly as scheduling allows.

3. Estimates & Quotes

Quotes provided based on visual inspection, photographs, or verbal description are estimates only. Final pricing may be adjusted if jobsite conditions reveal:

  • Hidden damage or pre-existing code violations
  • Concealed wiring conditions different than described
  • Additional materials or labor required to complete the work safely and to code
  • Changes in scope requested by the customer

Any change in scope will be communicated and approved before additional work proceeds.

4. Appointment Policies

Scheduling

Appointment availability may vary by:

  • Travel distance
  • Scheduling and crew availability
  • Weather (severe weather or storm conditions may delay outdoor work)
  • Permitting and inspection lead times
  • Utility coordination requirements

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling fees if:

  • Cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
  • The customer is unavailable at the scheduled time
  • Required jobsite access or information is not provided

No-show appointments may be charged a service-call fee.

5. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For larger installations, a deposit may be required before work begins. Deposits secure materials, scheduling, and permit fees.

We accept payment via:

  • Cash or check
  • Credit/debit card (processed through Stripe, Square, or similar processors)
  • Bank transfer (commercial accounts)

Past-due invoices may accrue late fees and may be referred to collections.

6. Refunds

Because services involve scheduled labor, materials, and permit costs:

  • Completed services are generally non-refundable
  • Deposits may be non-refundable if work, scheduling, or permit fees have already been incurred
  • Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case

Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may result in service refusal and may be referred to collections.

7. Workmanship Warranty

Tower Electric stands behind our work. We provide a workmanship warranty on labor for installation work performed by Tower Electric. Specific warranty terms are provided with each quote and invoice.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, modification, or third-party work
  • Damage from acts of nature (lightning, flood, fire)
  • Manufacturer defects in equipment supplied by the customer
  • Pre-existing wiring or system conditions not modified by Tower Electric
  • Normal wear and tear

Equipment and material warranties are passed through from the manufacturer and are subject to those manufacturers' terms.

8. Permits & Inspections

Permits are pulled and inspections are scheduled by Tower Electric where required by Arkansas state law and local jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for permit and inspection fees, which are itemized on the quote.

9. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to perform work safely and on schedule, customers agree to:

  • Provide safe, reasonable access to the jobsite
  • Disclose known electrical issues, modifications, or hazards
  • Keep pets, children, and other persons clear of the work area
  • Be available or provide a point of contact during the appointment
  • Pay agreed amounts on time

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tower Electric LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or business interruption
  • Delays caused by weather, utility coordination, supply chain, or permitting
  • Damage to pre-existing wiring, equipment, or property conditions outside the scope of our work
  • Damage from acts of nature

Customers acknowledge that electrical work involves inherent risks and that results depend on existing system conditions.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tower Electric LLC and its owner, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the website
