Residential Electrical Done by Someone Who Lives Here Too.
What We Do in Homes
- Whole-house rewiring — older homes, knob-and-tube, aluminum branch wiring
- Kitchen and bath remodels — outlets, GFCI, dedicated circuits, under-cabinet lighting
- Lighting installation — recessed cans, fixtures, dimmers, smart switches
- Ceiling fans — install, replace, and new-location boxes
- Outlets and switches — add, replace, GFCI, AFCI, USB
- Pool and hot tub wiring — dedicated 240V circuits, bonding, GFCI
- Outdoor power — landscape lighting, exterior outlets, shop and workshop circuits
- Smoke detectors and CO alarms — interconnected, hard-wired, code-compliant
- Whole-house surge protection
Remodels, Additions, and New Builds
We work directly with homeowners, GCs, and remodelers across the River Valley. If you're planning a kitchen remodel, a bath remodel, an addition, or a full new build, we can come in early to plan the electrical right — layouts, loads, lighting plans, and panel sizing.
Older Homes in the River Valley
A lot of homes around Van Buren and Fort Smith were built before modern wiring standards. We deal with:
- Knob-and-tube wiring — replacement and remediation
- Aluminum branch wiring — proper devices and connectors, or rewiring
- Two-prong outlets — proper grounding solutions, not just bootleg three-prong adapters
- Federal Pacific / Zinsco panels — full panel replacement
How We Quote Residential Work
Smaller jobs (an outlet, a fan, a switch) we usually quote on the call. Bigger jobs — rewires, additions, remodels — get an in-person walkthrough and a written, fixed quote before any work starts.
